- Several years of experience in program and content development within the luxury or premium retail industry.
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
- Passion for education and digital learning.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- High levels of empathy and social skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with effective time management.
- Willingness to travel.
Retail sales experience in the luxury and premium industry is required, along with a proven track record in program and content development.
University degree in a relevant field.
