Montblanc Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and enhance Montblanc's business in the LATAM region, ensuring alignment with the maison's guidelines for sales, visibility, and customer relationship quality.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by monitoring account performance and tailoring strategies to maximize retailer sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and advising on product replenishment and assortment policies.
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance at points of sale, implementing action plans to boost sell-out.
- Recommend and oversee incentives and promotions, and act as a mediator in resolving issues related to after-sales and logistics.
- Ensure brand image and visibility at points of sale align with headquarters' guidelines, enhancing brand presence where possible.
- Implement and follow up on marketing action plans per account, in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Director.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions for retailers' sales teams to enhance brand commitment.
- Contribute to business and marketing plan development, supporting implementation and monitoring action plans for new products and concepts.
- Define and execute action plans for each account, optimizing geographical coverage and maintaining a comprehensive market database.
- Prepare sales forecasts for countries and accounts, analyzing sell-out data and providing feedback on stock levels and market conditions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications and actions reflect Montblanc's values and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is desired.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in luxury products.
- Proven sales track record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours.
- Familiarity with international cultural and legal sales variances.
2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in luxury products.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
