Montblanc Regional Sales Director

- Manage and develop sales through the animation and enhancement of the distribution network, implementing distribution policies as outlined in the Marketing Plan.
- Evaluate, analyze, and monitor dealer inventory and sell-through to meet budget objectives and optimize account potential.
- Conduct market and competition analysis to gather relevant market information within the assigned territory.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to assess markets, product, and pricing trends, and to cultivate strong relationships with regular and prospective customers.
- Attend trade shows to represent the brand and expand market presence.
- Develop and solicit new business prospects to expand the brand's reach.
- Assist the Credit Department in the collection process and perform customer visits for credit, collection, and problem resolution.
- Forecast sales by product and territory, setting and monitoring regional sales strategy and policy to ensure regional coherence.
- Develop and plan yearly and seasonal sales plans to achieve ambitious sales growth targets in line with the business plan.
- Manage territory advertising and travel budgets effectively.
- Budget monthly and yearly sales and expenses per account.
- Organize, manage, and develop the existing wholesale team, recruiting new talent as necessary.
- In coordination with the Managing Director, establish compensation plans for sales personnel, including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests, and bonus plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in international sales, preferably within the luxury products sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in luxury goods.
- Sales-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
- Customer and result-driven with good commercial acumen.
- Strong leadership qualities with both customers and employees.
- Proven sales track record.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
- Availability to travel and work extended hours.
- Familiarity with international cultural and legal sales variances.
Three to five years of experience in international sales, preferably in luxury products.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
