- Manage and maintain supplier data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct analyses and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workflow analysis and resolve technical errors.
- Coordinate and oversee global SAP integrations.
- Provide user training for SAP processes and support cross-departmental users.
- Develop new reports for audits and other purposes, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct monthly Intrastat declarations to the statistical office.
- Support the creation of purchase orders across the organization.
- Collaborate constructively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP, Tiger, and Gemini systems.
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Structured and organized work methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
Previous experience in a procurement or vendor management role is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
