1. Manage and maintain supplier data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Conduct analyses and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Facilitate workflow analysis and resolve technical errors.
4. Coordinate and oversee global SAP integrations.
5. Provide user training for SAP processes and support cross-departmental users.
6. Develop new reports for audits and other purposes, ensuring data integrity.
7. Conduct monthly Intrastat declarations to the statistical office.
8. Support the creation of purchase orders across the organization.
9. Collaborate constructively with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Tiger, and Gemini systems.
3. Excellent command of MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
4. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

Previous experience in a procurement or vendor management role is required.
