- Oversee the global procurement of print and packaging materials for boutiques, ensuring comprehensive supplier management in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct tender processes, evaluate supplier performance reports, and lead negotiations to award contracts.
- Act as a strategic and operational business partner to enhance and optimize procurement processes and environments.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and benchmark suppliers on a national and international scale.
- Collaborate constructively and proactively with all internal interfaces.
- Maintain and update master data and create purchase orders in SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
- Several years of purchasing experience, ideally in the print and packaging sector, with a strong understanding of processes.
- Experience in managing interfaces successfully, with project management experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP, Tiger, and Gemini, with strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English and German, with French being an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.

Several years of experience in purchasing, ideally within the print and packaging sector.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
