- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in alignment with headquarters guidelines to attract and retain customers.
- Oversee the annual advertising campaign briefing to the media agency, ensuring alignment with communication and product launch strategies.
- Provide media plan recommendations to enhance public relations efforts.
- Negotiate media pricing and define media plan positions and editorial calendars.
- Formulate and execute the annual PR strategy for the Mexican and LATAM markets, including local and international events, influencer partnerships, and public relations initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports to identify commercial needs and develop action plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships with editors and bloggers in Mexico and LATAM to promote the brand.
- Pursue new media partnerships.
- Design and implement the annual PR events strategy for the Mexican and LATAM markets, collaborating with the Regional PR & Event team.
- Ensure brand image consistency and quality across all events.
- Maximize event ROI through effective press and social media coverage.
- Manage the Regional PR team and oversee the consignment process.
- Oversee the annual PR budget, including international events, gifts, influencer engagements, and local PR events.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for LATAM, including CRM, activations, and events.
- Implement 360-degree strategies for each brand launch in collaboration with VM, PR, TRADE, and CRM teams.
- Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of merchandising and display elements in each design concept.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury business or a related field, with 5 to 8 years in communication roles.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication.
