- Define the strategic direction and leadership of manufacturing operations for writing instruments.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including product development, engineering, and customized ateliers.
- Ensure integration of safety, quality, and productivity standards to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and execute long-term manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive efficiency initiatives and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
- Establish and optimize key performance indicators related to cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of empowerment and collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Reflect dedication and skill in every produced writing instrument.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical focus or comparable qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant senior leadership experience in industrial operations.
- Proven experience in optimizing production organizations and planning processes.
- Strong leadership skills with goal- and result-oriented management.
- Proven track record of change and interface management in a corporate group.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all hierarchical levels.

A minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles with full responsibility for industrial operations, including experience in optimizing production organizations and planning processes.
