- Conduct independent international recruitment and manage the entire employee lifecycle for interns, including job posting creation and publication.
- Engage in proactive communication with various departments.
- Organize and independently conduct interviews.
- Select suitable candidates and manage contract creation and onboarding processes.
- Provide support and manage offboarding processes.
- Assist HR Business Partners in daily administrative tasks such as creating certificates, contracts, and reports.
- Participate in current project topics such as HR process digitalization, company agreements, and welcome events.
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in working within the HR department of an internationally operating company.
- Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality.
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and proactive work approach.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HR tools is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background and interest in HR are essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Psychology, or related fields.
