- Develop and implement a merchandise planning strategy aligned with financial targets.
- Lead global sales planning by deconstructing top-level targets.
- Collaborate with regional teams on category planning, including core and new products, in partnership with the Trading team.
- Oversee regular sales, stock forecasting, and manage financial budgets and reforecasting.
- Drive growth strategy based on predefined KPIs to maximize margin and sales, meeting annual sales and stock targets.
- Set global warehouse targets, forecast in-season sales, and monitor product allocation with Supply Chain.
- Analyze and report weekly on global sales and stock performance.
- Enhance the global online exclusive assortment by identifying gaps and regional needs.
- Improve and automate planning reports by introducing new tools and systems.
- Lead and manage a small team, focusing on employee development and coaching.
- 8+ years of planning and/or merchandising experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably in luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
- Direct to Consumer experience preferred.
- Strong managerial and communication skills.
- Proficient analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving sales.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent teamworking and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft BI, Content Square, and Microsoft Excel.
- Full proficiency in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
8+ years in planning and/or merchandising within an e-commerce environment, with a preference for luxury, fashion, high street, or FMCG sectors.
