- Manage the operational process for all online sales channels, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Mitigate operational risks by addressing order delays, failed deliveries, returns, and customer feedback to enhance the post-purchase experience.
- Establish protocols to resolve fulfillment-related customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with customer service teams.
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure seamless omnichannel flows for clients.
- Identify and refine fulfillment processes to address recurring operational issues in coordination with logistics and regional trade teams.
- Develop data-driven insights on refund and return trends to improve policies balancing customer satisfaction with operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, return rates, and fulfillment accuracy, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a global or multi-channel environment.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and SAP.
- Proficiency in fulfillment logistics, 3PL providers, and cross-border shipping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, GA, SQL).
A minimum of 3 years in e-commerce operations, ideally within a global or multi-channel context.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
