- Upload, configure, and maintain content such as product descriptions, images, videos, and banners across global e-commerce websites using CMS platforms.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and global marketing campaigns.
- Manage localization of content for regional markets, collaborating with translation teams and local stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for regional e-commerce teams regarding content-related updates and queries.
- Monitor website performance to ensure smooth functionality and identify issues in content rendering, ensuring all content is mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure flawless content presentation across all devices and platforms.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in digital content management and e-commerce trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency with content management systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong interest in web technologies and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset in identifying and resolving content-related issues with creative solutions.
1-4 years of experience in content management or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
