1. Review and approve Customs Trade Compliance (CTC) workflows, including origin, customs tariff numbers, and export control.
2. Examine and maintain origin proofs, supplier declarations, and sanction lists.
3. Prepare preference calculations.
4. Manage the processing of returned goods.
5. Ensure compliance with laws and internal directives and guidelines.
6. Develop and organize internal training sessions and process descriptions.
7. Provide support on customs issues, including export and import regulations and specific country requirements for other departments.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customs, foreign trade, or freight forwarding.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Atlas, and experience with tariff classification and preference calculations.
2. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
4. Structured and organized work approach.
5. Strong communication skills.

A minimum of five years in customs, foreign trade, or freight forwarding is required.
