Montblanc Boutique Administrator

- Ensure efficient management of all merchandise-related operations within the boutique.
- Oversee the receipt, control, and dispatch of products, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Support after-sales service processes by coordinating with service centers and updating clients.
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise against delivery documents, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in both back of house and sales floor, ensuring secure and accessible storage.
- Conduct regular stock counts and promptly reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments with the Boutique Manager.
- Manage inter-boutique transfers and returns to the central warehouse.
- Label and tag products accurately, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and efficient back of house environment.
- Order and manage sales packaging, stock materials, and boutique supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of boutique inventory cycle counts and full counts.
- Support the Boutique Manager in updating operational procedures according to audit processes.
- Proven experience in inventory management and operational support within a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in a retail or luxury goods environment, particularly in inventory management and operational roles, is required.
