- Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee the retailization of the external boutique network with direct partners.
- Cultivate strong relationships with principals and sales professionals in the wholesale network.
- Develop, negotiate, and monitor business plans with distributors and wholesale partners.
- Manage daily sales activities with all clients in the designated area.
- Create specific activity plans to ensure revenue growth across all product lines.
- Ensure brand presentation standards at all points of sale, including furniture, displays, staff, sales processes, and customer service.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for the existing dealer network.
- Negotiate key boutique locations in alignment with the brand's development strategy.
- Implement and revamp shop-in-shop (SIS) locations.
- Monitor payments and ensure compliance with credit limits.
- Update sell-in, sell-out, and stock reports regularly.
- Prepare market and competitor reports and collaborate with the Sales Director.
- Align practices between internal and external boutiques.
- Follow up on customer forecasts, back-orders, and novelties with the Supply Chain Manager and Sales Administrators.
- Identify turnover opportunities and implement stock models by channel.
- Coordinate trade marketing activities with the Marketing team.
- Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance the sales team's knowledge of the brand and products.
- Proven track record in sales management within the luxury goods sector.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
