- Lead monthly credit‑risk reporting and deliver advanced analysis, insights and balance‑sheet commentary for assigned markets.
- Conduct complex reconciliations and identify high‑risk customers; propose and escalate credit‑limit recommendations for Treasury approval.
- Manage credit control and collections activities for high‑risk and high‑volume markets, including sales order release governance and monthly credit & collection calls.
- Drive improvements in overdue reduction and DSO through proactive collection strategies and market guidance; resolve complex customer disputes in coordination with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and local markets.
- Operate end‑to‑end AR processes for complex markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Philippines, India, wineries) and provide cross‑market operational support during peak cycles or restructurings.
- Act as subject‑matter expert and mentor for junior team members; promote adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and regional credit policies.
- Propose and implement process, control and automation improvements; support transformation and market harmonisation initiatives.
- Provide regional coverage across reporting, operations and collections during absences or crisis situations and support urgent operational escalations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections within multinational or complex organisational environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in credit management and collections practice is mandatory.
- Proven ability to perform advanced credit‑risk assessment, exposure analysis and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
- Experience participating in system implementations or automation projects (requirements gathering, change‑impact analysis, UAT) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead by influence, mentor junior staff and resolve escalations.
- Commercial acumen and data‑driven decision making; comfortable handling large and complex financial data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in AR, credit control or collections within multinational, multicultural or complex commercial organisations; regional or multi‑market exposure preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
