Moët Hennessy Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant
Moët Hennessy is the Wines & Spirits division within the LVMH Group, encompassing a portfolio of prestigious Maisons such as Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot and Hennessy. - Lead monthly credit-risk reporting for the region, delivering advanced analysis, balance-sheet reconciliations and executive commentary.
- Identify high‑risk customers and exposures, prepare credit‑limit proposals and coordinate escalations with Treasury and stakeholders.
- Manage credit control and collections for high‑risk or high‑volume markets, including independent sales‑order (SO) release authority where required.
- Drive proactive collection strategies, lead monthly credit & collections calls, and coach markets to reduce overdue balances and improve DSO.
- Operate end‑to‑end AR for complex markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Philippines, India, Wineries) and provide operational support during peak cycles or restructuring.
- Resolve complex customer disputes through cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain and market teams.
- Act as a mentor and leader by influence; ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and regional credit policies while promoting consistency and continuous improvement.
- Propose and deliver process, control and automation improvements; contribute to transformation and market harmonisation initiatives.
- Provide regional coverage across reporting, operations and collections during absences, high‑volume periods or crisis events.
- Demonstrated expertise in collections and credit management is mandatory.
- Minimum five years' relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections within multinational or complex organisational environments.
- Proven ability to analyse financial data, perform reconciliations and produce actionable credit-risk insights.
- Experience participating in system implementations or automation projects (requirement gathering, change impact analysis, UAT) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience mentoring junior staff and driving cross‑functional resolution.

Minimum five years of progressive AR, credit control or collections experience; preferably within multinational, multicultural organisations. Experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, consumer goods or luxury sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
