- Define and implement purchasing strategies and rosters.
- Apply merchandising and agency knowledge, as well as Advertising and Promotion (A&P) marketing skills, to products and projects.
- Benchmark the market and attend industry conferences and trainings.
- Design and manage a KPI dashboard to measure and enhance performance.
- Develop strong relationships with the MH purchasing community and LVMH Purchasing Community.
- Ensure compliance throughout the purchasing process.
- Launch RFQs to selected suppliers, analyze and benchmark results, and negotiate with suppliers/agencies in collaboration with internal clients.
- Manage schedules and goals with exemplary project management skills.
- Organize working sessions, business reviews, and supplier evaluations between brands and agencies.
- Review and manage contracts and supplier/agency negotiations, tracking key contracts and expiration dates.
- Focus on projects with 80% Marketing and 20% Supply Chain, IT, and General expenses.
- Maintain a synthetic vision of the market category and understand industry trends.
- Manage agency and supplier panels by evaluating suppliers and developing relationships.
- Address challenges such as quality or delay issues with agencies, suppliers, and brand contacts.
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders to align on budgets, projects, and brand objectives.
- Align frequently with senior leadership from different markets.
- Promote an environment of innovation, respect, and collaboration.
- Lead category-related Innovation Day activities and participate in transversal projects.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Purchasing functions with a strong focus on Marketing.
- Experience working with event agencies and retail.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global and international teams.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience in Southeast Asia or regional roles is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Proactive and autonomous self-starter capable of taking initiative.
- Strong team player with influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and effective database management capability.
- Leadership skills with an emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions, particularly with a focus on marketing.
