1. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
2. Develop and implement customer-specific joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with brand and sales objectives.
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the On-Trade channel.
4. Optimize collaboration between RTM customers and the On-Trade Sales team.
5. Negotiate and manage annual listing agreements, ensuring alignment with brand plans and budget.
6. Achieve volume and profit targets for assigned customers and brands.
7. Implement and manage trade terms and price increases in line with company strategy.
8. Maintain effective Funds-to-Trade (FTT) management and credit control.
9. Develop comprehensive customer account plans and leverage sales reporting systems for strategic decision-making.
10. Plan and evaluate promotional activities within the account base.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
12. Ensure compliance with competition law in all commercial interactions.
