- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the Modern On Trade channel.
- Identify and open new accounts to expand distribution of core brands.
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure optimal brand visibility and stock levels.
- Provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with key customers.
- Monitor retail pricing and competitor activities, proposing effective counter-strategies.
- Recommend and execute sales promotions effectively and within budget.
- Ensure effective product promotion, display, and merchandising with accurate reporting in ASPIRE.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to enhance promotional effectiveness and manage customer accounts to minimize bad debt.
- Genuine enthusiasm for wines and spirits or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate contracts and build rapport with clients.
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is highly preferable.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant sales or account management role, preferably within the luxury market.
