- Contribute to the design and execution of talent development strategies and initiatives.
- Support projects aimed at fostering employee growth, career progression, and overall talent development.
- Assist in the development of learning materials and resources to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Collect, analyze, and report talent data, preparing regular reports for presentation.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the Talent and Learning team.
- Coordinate and organize Talent and Learning related meetings, events, and projects.
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration preferred.
- Passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time, projects, and processes efficiently.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in HR or passionate about people development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyze and report data effectively.
- Project management skills specific to Talent and Learning initiatives.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Preferably an undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration.
