- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with regional teams to deliver initiatives at both regional and group levels.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights to drive business performance.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
- Develop and manage HR budgets ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Partner with regional talent teams to attract and recruit top talent.
- Oversee the annual review exercise and market benchmark surveys.
- Develop competitive benefits and recognition programs in collaboration with the Regional Reward team.
- Handle employee relations issues fairly and timely, providing guidance to managers.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Identify areas for process efficiency and optimization as part of continuous improvement efforts.
- Establish strong partnerships with market HR leaders and regional HR COE teams.
- Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within a regional or multinational organization.
- Experience in a Finance & Ops shared service centric environment is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Agility and creativity in improving HR areas and processes.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role, preferably within a regional or multinational organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
