1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Partner with regional teams to deliver initiatives at both regional and group levels.
3. Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights to drive business performance.
4. Lead organizational development initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
5. Oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide insightful reporting to senior management.
6. Develop and manage HR budgets ensuring cost-effective operations.
7. Lead change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies.
9. Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
10. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
11. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
12. Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
13. Partner with regional talent teams to attract and recruit top talent.
14. Oversee the annual review exercise and market benchmark surveys.
15. Develop competitive benefits and recognition programs in collaboration with the Regional Reward team.
16. Handle employee relations issues fairly and timely, providing guidance to managers.
17. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
18. Identify areas for process efficiency and optimization as part of continuous improvement efforts.
19. Establish strong partnerships with market HR leaders and regional HR COE teams.
20. Participate in and lead other projects or tasks as required.

1. Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in strategic HR business partnering within a regional or multinational organization.
4. Experience in a Finance & Ops shared service centric environment is advantageous.
5. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore.
