1. Manage and execute General Ledger activities for assigned countries, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
2. Provide timely and accurate financial and analytical reports to the General Ledger Manager.
3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers, including country Financial Directors, FP&A teams, internal control teams, and external auditors.
4. Serve as the primary contact for country-related finance RCoE matters, with a comprehensive understanding of AR and AP activities.
5. Prepare and post journal entries, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and manage period close activities and statutory reporting.
6. Ensure regular review and timely closing of accounts monthly, identifying unusual transactions and account balance movements.
7. Identify areas of concern within reconciliations, develop corrective action plans, and ensure accounts are in good standing.
8. Prepare appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and GL practices per group policies.
9. Participate actively in digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including defining requirements, change impact assessment, and user acceptance testing.

1. Qualified accountant with relevant Finance and Accounting experience in complex, multicultural business environments.
2. Experience in SAP ECC/B1/Hana, Salesforce, and RPA preferred.
3. Participation in system implementation or automation projects, including requirement gathering, change impact assessment, or user acceptance testing.
4. Strong General Ledger experience.
5. Prior industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Korean language.
2. Ability to resolve conflicts and propose resolution plans within the team.
3. Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities.
4. Expertise in managing and analyzing financial data.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
