- Develop and implement long-term strategic marketing plans for the Wines, Champagne, and Sparkling portfolios in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Manage the A&P budget and monitor market and consumer trends to maintain brand competitiveness.
- Lead the creation and execution of 360-degree marketing plans, including product launches and experiential campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end brand management and activation campaigns across various channels.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, agencies, and industry influencers.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Collaborate with sales management to implement trade marketing plans and identify business opportunities.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing and brand management experience in complex, multicultural environments.
- International experience is mandatory.
- Industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of business achievement.
- Strong commercial acumen with a marketing and digital mindset.
- Excellent creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
A minimum of 10 years in marketing and brand management within complex, multicultural business environments, with mandatory international experience.
