- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and distribution targets across all channels.
- Enhance market share through strategic storytelling and sharing of market insights.
- Serve as an industry ambassador for MH brands, showcasing product knowledge and storytelling.
- Support digital transformation initiatives with exceptional activations.
- Deliver commercial objectives by being a valued partner to customers.
- Ensure 100% distribution compliance with major contracts and growth targets.
- Engage fully with Salesforce and QLIK for tracking and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide updates in territory reports.
- Develop and execute activation programs across accounts.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards and achieve maximum brand visibility.
- Monitor financial status of customers and alert management of concerns.
- Accompany senior managers and brand owners on market visits.
- Participate in sales meetings to review market trends and share best practices.
- College/University graduate majoring in Business or equivalent.
- Full English written and spoken proficiency.
- Strong planning, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and statistical skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven sales skills.
At least 5 years of sales experience with an international fast-moving consumer goods or liquor company. Thorough knowledge of wine and spirit products, and a good understanding of On/Off and eRetail channels.
College/University graduate major in Business or equivalent.
