- Achieve individual and team annual sales targets.
- Establish and manage relationships with key accounts and potential customers.
- Maintain effective trade relationships with key account clients.
- Develop new business to expand distribution of core brands.
- Focus on efficient portfolio strategy with optimal distribution of iconic brands.
- Manage business performance in relation to business objectives, brand priorities, and product/pricing strategies.
- Ensure appropriate coverage of key accounts by managing pricing, distribution, stock in trade, visual merchandising, promotion execution, and other sales activities.
- Support channel strategy and implement activations for strong brand communication and commercial objectives.
- Ensure POS, visibility, and merchandising are properly conducted in each outlet.
- Develop joint business planning with key accounts and work closely with the Customer Marketing team.
- Provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis.
- Collect and share trade comments from key account clients and channel team members.
- Identify and advise on sales opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Knowledge in hospitality, luxury, and/or FMCG is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA channel, including market dynamics and trends.
- Fluency in Thai and English is required.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute actionable plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
