- Lead the sales team to achieve budget targets, closely monitoring and adapting to store KPIs.
- Develop and implement annual store strategies, updating them quarterly in alignment with the VP of Retail.
- Formulate and execute business plans in collaboration with cross-functional departmental partners.
- Identify performance enhancement opportunities and develop actionable plans in partnership with corporate teams.
- Ensure personnel and discounting costs align with financial projections.
- Analyze category performance and develop strategies in partnership with the Merchandising team.
- Utilize reporting tools for informed business discussions with the team and corporate partners.
- Coach, inspire, and develop direct reports, preparing them for advancement.
- Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards for optimal business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit individuals aligned with the brand ethos.
- Manage hiring decisions, performance reviews, and developmental strategies for direct reports.
- Maintain grooming, appearance, and conduct standards among staff.
- Cultivate a positive, feedback-driven environment emphasizing diversity, respect, and collaboration.
- Oversee store scheduling, ensuring policy adherence, payroll integrity, and optimal staff turnover.
- Prioritize store visibility by dedicating at least 70% of time to the sales floor.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented in accordance with corporate directives.
- Monitor retail operational procedures and best practices, staying informed on process guidelines and store systems.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations on loss prevention, inventory management, and policy adherence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client development strategy to build deep-rooted client relationships.
- Monitor luxury jewelry market trends and competitor strategies, suggesting innovative avenues to elevate store performance.
- Build robust relations with external stakeholders such as mall management and marketing teams.
- Conceive and implement a market-centric strategy, scouting for potential collaborations and fostering new partnerships.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items.
- Proven managerial prowess with the ability to develop and inspire diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn store operation software.
- Ability to cultivate industry-specific relationships and awareness of local marketing and media landscapes.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or related luxury items, with proven managerial experience.
