LVMH BPC Senior Analyst

- Validate and analyze sales and margin data to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales discounts and returns, providing alerts to retail managers to maintain or improve gross margins.
- Review and validate sales return risks and inventory quality, providing estimates for provisions.
- Deliver regular financial reports with precision and timeliness.
- Address ad-hoc requests from local teams and headquarters with agility and accuracy.
- Contribute to monthly P&L analysis reports for headquarters.
- Lead reporting for the Restaurant and Chocolate business unit, including strategy meetings and preparation of P&L reports.
- Oversee the planning process for sales forecasts, gross margin projections, and inventory levels.
- Assist in crafting comprehensive P&L statements and presentation materials for management review.
- Coordinate quarterly stock takes and monitor their execution.
- Supervise retail operation processes to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Implement effective internal control measures.
- Establish solid relationships with retail managers, providing financial insights to facilitate operational agility.
- Participate in IT system upgrades and other relevant projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
- 3-5+ years of experience as a financial analyst with multinational companies.
- Experience in a complex environment with multiple legal entities or reporting lines preferred.
- Robust analytical abilities and problem-solving acumen.
- Proficiency in IT applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP BW.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards.
- Skilled at creating corporate-standard business presentations.
- Exceptional work ethic and adaptability.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently without sacrificing urgency or attention to detail.
- Resilient under pressure, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
- Pragmatic commercial sensibility.
Minimum of 5 years as a financial analyst in multinational companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting preferred.
