Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of brands using dashboards and e-commerce KPIs, identifying trends and understanding business context.
  • Conduct ad hoc studies on high-potential markets or brands to support strategic projects and provide business analysis frameworks to teams.
  • Support brands in enhancing their skills in areas such as Content & Discovery, including AI-assisted translation and product description optimization.
  • Assist Program Managers in drafting recommendations and implementing innovative e-commerce projects.
  • Participate in documenting e-commerce features to facilitate sharing and ensure consistency across Divisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Data, IT, Legal, Tax, Finance) on structuring projects.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of e-commerce best practices and guidelines through presentations and training materials for various stakeholders.
  • Participate in organizing and animating the e-commerce community, including workshop preparation, session facilitation, and coordination among different actors.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and data analysis (KPI, dashboards).
  • Marked curiosity for artificial intelligence and its practical applications (translation, content optimization, personalization, automation).
  • Interest in strategic projects with the ability to take a step back and understand broader contexts.

Experience

Beginner level experience in e-commerce or related fields.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
