- Lead CRM efforts, including client gifting and execution of seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Technological proficiency with basic computer systems.
- Adaptability to change and a proactive approach to learning.
