LVMH Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

1. Supervise and mentor a team of skilled accountants, including three managers/assistant managers, totaling 16 staff members.
2. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance cross-functional understanding and efficiency.
4. Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in collaboration with the controlling team.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through effective communication with regulatory offices.
6. Respond to inquiries from head office(s), providing comprehensive and timely information to meet reporting requirements.
7. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
8. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
9. Continuously review and enhance accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Design and drive implementation of systems improvements.
11. Implement best practices to streamline financial operations.
12. Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets, collaborating with the Internal Control department.
13. Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA certification or experience in an audit firm is required.
3. Proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a foreign company.
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Fluent in both English and Japanese.
