LVMH Watches & Jewelry Stock Assistant

- Support the supply, management, and distribution of materials and spare parts to the workshop and external retailers.
- Pick parts orders for internal and external requirements on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update all in-house materials stock databases.
- Accurately record stock movements and complete required documentation.
- Invoice and pack orders efficiently.
- Check and receipt shipments promptly.
- Conduct materials stock checks and stocktakes as necessary.
- Provide regular stock updates to the manager and team.
- Respond to emails regarding stock enquiries and availability.
- React to time-critical parts requests with urgency.
- Order from brand houses and manage related communications.
- Handle communications from head office regarding CITES.
- Answer phone calls from both internal and external customers.
- Experience in stock picking with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using various computer systems for stock management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload according to strict deadlines.
- Capability to work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.
- Stock management and distribution expertise.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and databases.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in stock management or a related field.
