LVMH Watches & Jewelry HR Payroll Administrator

- Coordinate and manage the bi-weekly payroll process for USA and Canada across corporate, union, and retail employees.
- Maintain updated employee records in multiple systems, including org charts and the benefit portal.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and time and attendance.
- Initiate and complete the onboarding process for new employees related to I-9 and payroll.
- Prepare various reports, such as monthly headcount and ad hoc reports, and review HR vendor invoices in coordination with the Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations regarding payroll-related functions.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to provide payroll cost information and other requested data.
- Manage payroll and time-off setup and implementation of new retail locations, ensuring compliance with state/province regulations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for leaves of absence and workers' compensation claims.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of records in payroll and HR management systems.
- Maintain and update the Benefits portal.
- Responsible for employee care, including ordering flowers for life events and proposing morale-boosting events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a major in Finance or HR preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll & Benefits, with retail industry experience being advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, conditional formulas, and V-Look Ups.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Success Factor, UltiPro, UKG WFM Pro, or ADP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to set priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing assigned duties.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll & Benefits.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with a major in Finance or HR preferred.
$26 to $28 per hour.
