HR Payroll Administrator

1. Coordinate and manage the bi-weekly payroll process for USA and Canada.
2. Maintain updated employee records in multiple systems, org charts, and the benefit portal.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and time and attendance.
4. Initiate and complete the onboarding process for new employees related to I-9 and payroll.
5. Prepare various reports such as monthly headcount and ad hoc reports.
6. Review and process HR vendor invoices in coordination with the Finance department.
7. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures and federal/state regulations regarding payroll functions.
8. Manage payroll and time off setup and implementation of new locations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with a major in Finance or HR preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Payroll & Benefits.
3. Retail industry experience is a plus.

4. Problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and set priorities.
5. Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing duties.
6. Knowledge of relevant payroll, employment, and income tax laws.
7. Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.

Minimum 3 years in Payroll & Benefits.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with a major in Finance or HR preferred.

USD 26-28 per hour
