- Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and monitor related sales metrics.
- Oversee sales team performance metrics, providing strategic guidance to meet targets.
- Enhance sales techniques and lead by example on the sales floor through direct client engagement and event participation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand vision and critical control points (KCPs).
- Train the sales team in CRM tool utilization to foster repeat business and adapt strategies based on analytical insights.
- Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and enhance client relations.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team on client interactions, emphasizing unique client experiences and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with HR to promote career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally in the luxury retail sector.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strategic agility and aptitude for leading and inspiring teams.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Ability to strategize, make rapid decisions, and implement practical business actions.
- Strong managerial background with a focus on nurturing and empowering diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market, with skills in client development and establishing industry relationships.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software like Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
