- Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and monitor related metrics.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing strategic guidance to meet targets.
- Enhance sales techniques and lead by example on the sales floor through client engagement and events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in alignment with brand vision and critical control points.
- Train the sales team in CRM tools for sustained business and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Direct, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving KPIs and enhancing client relations.
- Evaluate and provide feedback to the sales team on client interactions, focusing on unique experiences.
- Collaborate with HR to foster career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally in luxury retail.
- Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strategic agility and aptitude for leading and inspiring teams.
- Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
- Ability to strategize, make rapid decisions, and implement practical actions.
- Strong managerial background with a focus on nurturing diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of the local retail market and client development skills.
- Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
