LVMH Senior Art Director, Corporate Branding

- Actively contribute to defining the overall creative vision for the LVMH brand.
- Ensure brand image consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, social media, campaigns, and events, especially during 360 projects.
- Lead the evolution of LVMH's visual identity to enhance its impact and desirability.
- Oversee the brand's sonic identity.
- Conduct regular creative and competitive research in fashion, design, photography, and visual arts.
- Support the creation of communication assets to ensure artistic direction and brand alignment.
- Develop creative briefs for agencies and recommend suitable artistic profiles for projects.
- Implement the graphic charter in collaboration with partner agencies and internal departments.
- Oversee photographic direction and manage all photo shoots from briefing to editing.
- Propose innovative design concepts and supervise artistic direction for a wide range of corporate communication materials.
- Collaborate with the Communication team and other internal departments to ensure artistic direction of productions.
- Manage creative projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and legal compliance.
- Supervise external providers.
- Manage a team of two creative leads and an apprentice, organizing tasks and operational follow-up.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in art direction or creative direction within a large group or communication agency.
- Proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of corporate brand image principles, including Environmental & CSR topics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creative solutions.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions to enhance brand impact through new technologies and formats.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Experience in budget management and collaboration with providers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
