LVMH RSE & Inclusion Project Assistant Intern

1. Support the dissemination of the global CSR & Inclusion strategy across the Group, including preparing materials and communications for regional teams and evaluating their impact.
2. Assist with Group initiatives related to the CSR & Inclusion agenda, such as EllesVMH, Pride Month, Inclusion Index, and engagement week.
3. Support the organization and execution of communication campaigns with identified stakeholders.
4. Aid in the animation of employee networks and digital platforms within the Group.
5. Conduct strategic and media monitoring on CSR & Inclusion topics.
6. Contribute to the organization and facilitation of events with territories or partner associations.
7. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of student internships as part of the Equal Opportunity program.
8. Participate in other departmental projects as required.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5).
2. Strong interest in social issues, particularly Diversity & Inclusion and equal opportunity.
3. Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent command of English.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of confidentiality.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Flexible, adaptable, and operationally proficient.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Previous experience in CSR, inclusion, or communication is a plus.
