LVMH Sales and Retail Operations Coordinator

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports for management and the Retail Field Team.
2. Produce weekly communications to Luxury Brand Ambassadors and Field Team, including sales updates and key messages.
3. Compile monthly Synergy presentations for headquarters, incorporating relevant retail elements.
4. Disseminate key messages from Head Office to the Point of Sale (POS) team.
5. Input Monthly Retail Sales Data into Power BI for Beauty Intelligence.
6. Create and distribute store visit forms for management and senior leadership visits.
7. Maintain organizational charts for in-store teams and Head Office.
8. Manage the updating of the Headcount report.
9. Support store Agency tracker and budget alignment.
10. Attend underpayment/discrepancy meetings and provide feedback.
11. Liaise with Head Office departments to ensure store needs are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
12. Resolve all store queries related to Retail Systems such as Tamigo, Infoware, and LVMH Online.
13. Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) via SAP, tracking spend in line with the Retail & Education budget.
14. Partner with retail management on employee recruitment and provide a professional onboarding process for new store-based employees.
15. Ensure compliance with the training app, monitoring results and KPIs and following up as necessary.

1. Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, ideally within a commercial, retail, or training department.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with SAP or similar procurement/ERP systems.
6. Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
