- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales reports for management and the Retail Field Team.
- Produce weekly communications to Luxury Brand Ambassadors and Field Team, including sales updates and key messages.
- Compile monthly Synergy presentations for headquarters, incorporating relevant retail elements.
- Disseminate key messages from Head Office to the Point of Sale (POS) team.
- Input Monthly Retail Sales Data into Power BI for Beauty Intelligence.
- Create and distribute store visit forms for management and senior leadership visits.
- Maintain organizational charts for in-store teams and Head Office.
- Manage the updating of the Headcount report.
- Support store Agency tracker and budget alignment.
- Attend underpayment/discrepancy meetings and provide feedback.
- Liaise with Head Office departments to ensure store needs are communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
- Resolve all store queries related to Retail Systems such as Tamigo, Infoware, and LVMH Online.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) via SAP, tracking spend in line with the Retail & Education budget.
- Partner with retail management on employee recruitment and provide a professional onboarding process for new store-based employees.
- Ensure compliance with the training app, monitoring results and KPIs and following up as necessary.
- Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, ideally within a commercial, retail, or training department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP or similar procurement/ERP systems.
- Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Teams.
