LVMH Sales Analyst

- Lead the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with business partners to establish and track retail targets and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough ROI analysis for sites, activities, and investments.

- Prepare accurate and timely reports and analyses of retail sales and productivity.
- Oversee and analyze the BC incentive programme to evaluate effectiveness.
- Manage monthly store web reporting and present insights to the BC community.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales and address performance issues.
- Support the management of the temporary staffing budget.
- Conduct specific ad-hoc analyses as required by commercial leadership.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic projects, providing analytical expertise.
- Graduate from a business school or relevant analytical discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar sales analyst or business analyst role, ideally within the luxury or retail environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Advanced analytical and statistical skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is preferable.
Proven experience in a similar Sales Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally within the luxury or retail environment.
Graduate from a business school or relevant analytical discipline.
