1. Lead the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives.
2. Collaborate with business partners to establish and track retail targets and KPIs.
3. Conduct thorough ROI analysis for sites, activities, and investments.
4. Perform comprehensive sales trend analysis across various dimensions.
5. Develop and present forecast-driven strategy recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Conduct historic performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports and analyses of retail sales and productivity.
8. Oversee and analyze the BC incentive programme to evaluate effectiveness.
9. Manage monthly store web reporting and present insights to the BC community.
10. Identify opportunities to enhance sales and address performance issues.
11. Support the management of the temporary staffing budget.
12. Conduct specific ad-hoc analyses as required by commercial leadership.
13. Participate in cross-functional strategic projects, providing analytical expertise.

1. Graduate from a business school or relevant analytical discipline.
2. Proven experience in a similar sales analyst or business analyst role, ideally within the luxury or retail environment.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Expert level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Advanced analytical and statistical skills.
4. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail dynamics.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
7. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
8. SAP experience is preferable.

Proven experience in a similar Sales Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally within the luxury or retail environment.

Graduate from a business school or relevant analytical discipline.
