- Design and execute visually compelling internal and external communications campaigns, including presentations, videos, and interactive digital content.
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies across internal social platforms and digital channels, fostering community engagement.
- Organize and deliver inspiring and interactive employee engagement events, both in-person and virtual.
- Champion brand values and foster a vibrant company culture through creative campaigns that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Identify emerging communication trends and digital tools to innovate communication strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive communication roadmap.
- Maintain and update the communications and events calendar, advising on message timing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and brand-aligned communications.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital communication channels and social media best practices.
- Experience in event design and production.
- Proven video production and editing skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Beginner level experience in managing digital communication channels and video production.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
