- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and social media strategy tailored to the Mexican market across owned and partner channels.
- Adapt global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and maximize local impact.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, reach, share of voice, and conversion, optimizing for return on investment.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns to maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage relationships with local influencer agencies and oversee public relations strategies.
- Collaborate with Sephora Mexico to align on content priorities and maximize brand visibility.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated 360° campaigns.
- Apply a cross-category approach to storytelling, integrating makeup and skincare narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand communications, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
- Proven experience collaborating with retailers, with Sephora experience being a strong advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of Mexico’s digital, influencer, and social media landscape, including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong grasp of paid media strategies, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with local creators and retail partners.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and storytelling.
Minimum of 3 years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand communications, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
