LVMH Associate Marketing Manager

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy tailored to the Mexican market, ensuring cultural relevance and maximizing local impact.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns to maintain brand visibility and engagement, managing local influencer agencies and overseeing PR strategies.
- Create and manage content in collaboration with Sephora Mexico, ensuring alignment on priorities and maximizing product visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated 360° campaigns, applying a cross-category approach to storytelling.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, optimizing strategies for engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand communications, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience collaborating with retailers, with Sephora experience being a strong advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Deep understanding of Mexico’s digital, influencer, and social media landscape, including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong grasp of paid media strategies, particularly on Meta and TikTok.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with local creators and retail partners.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and storytelling that fosters authentic brand engagement.
Minimum of 3 years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
