- Execute the brand and trade marketing strategy at the point of sale.
- Manage in-store brand storytelling, product focus, and visibility.
- Drive commercial performance through robust trade activations.
- Ensure flawless execution and consistency across all retail touchpoints.
- Track performance using KPIs, sell-out data, and post-mortem analysis.
- Translate global brand and product strategies into local trade marketing execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across all retail materials, adhering to global guidelines.
- Act as a brand guardian in-store, ensuring equity, tone, and visual impact are protected.
- Partner with Education to align product priorities and storytelling in training.
- Manage the annual trade marketing calendar, aligned with launches and key commercial moments.
- Execute retail animations, podiums, windows, endcaps, and special activations.
- Manage POSM, VM assets, testers, and GWPs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Sephora teams to secure optimal visibility, space, and placement.
- Ensure store-level execution meets brand and commercial standards.
- Lead in-store execution of global launches, ensuring flawless rollout in Mexico.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, quantities, and priorities with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct post-launch reviews, capturing learnings and opportunities for optimization.
- Track performance of trade initiatives through sell-out, conversion, productivity, and ROI KPIs.
- Build detailed post-mortem reports with insights and clear recommendations.
- Monitor competitive activity in-store and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of trade marketing investment.
- Partner closely with Sales, Education, Supply Chain, Finance, and VM teams.
- Ensure strong execution alignment across functions.
- Support forecasting and supply discussions by providing visibility on trade priorities.
- Act as a key operational partner for in-store execution topics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong executional rigor.
- Commercial and KPI-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing sell-out and performance data.
- Strong brand and product marketing understanding.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for beauty and retail excellence.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
4–6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, or Trade Marketing, with strong experience working in retail environments (Sephora highly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
