LVMH Commercial Director

Riba Guixà, a distinguished entity within the LVMH Métiers d’Art division, is renowned for its century-long heritage in fine leather craftsmanship. 1. Define and lead the commercial strategy of Riba Guixà in alignment with growth objectives.
2. Launch an Italian subsidiary to enhance market presence.
3. Develop long-term partnerships with major luxury clients.
4. Oversee and orchestrate a high-performing commercial organization.
5. Report directly to the CEO and participate in the executive leadership team.
6. Manage a team including 4 Internal Sales Managers, 2 External Agents, and 2 Back Office Professionals.
7. Build and mentor the Italian subsidiary’s team.
8. Ensure close coordination across business units.

1. Proven experience in commercial leadership within leather, luxury materials, or fashion.
2. Strategic thinking and hands-on leadership capabilities.
3. Fluency in English; professional command of French and Italian; Spanish is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with the codes and expectations of luxury clients.
5. Availability for regular travel within Europe.
6. Previous exposure to LVMH or similar groups is highly valued.

Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership roles within the luxury supply chain.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and seniority, including a variable bonus component linked to performance targets.
