1. Perform comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for assigned fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
2. Provide monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
3. Support monthly and annual reporting processes, including data collection and submission to regional or HQ offices.
4. Ensure compliance with ordinances and internal policies, procedures, and processes.
5. Maintain continual compliance within the internal HR system and payroll processes.
6. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

1. 2–3 years of experience in Singapore payroll; regional payroll exposure is advantageous.
2. Solid understanding of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with knowledge of employment law and payroll practices.
3. Experience in coordinating with payroll vendors.
4. Meticulous with strong attention to detail.

3. Detail-oriented with good numerical and analytical skills.
4. Reliable follow-through on tasks.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on Singapore and regional exposure being beneficial.
