LVMH Fragrance Brands Sustainability Project Assistant

- Coordinate and support the execution of sustainability projects across various departments including Purchasing, Merchandising, and Architecture.
- Contribute to the deployment of the carbon strategy and monitor greenhouse gas emissions.
- Assist in developing the future water strategy for LVMH Fragrance Brands.
- Develop tools for tracking material, environmental, and financial costs associated with point-of-sale displays and counters.
- Organize and participate in workshops focused on the circularity of displays and counters.
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to carbon, water, and circularity.
- Support the preparation of deliverables including research, benchmarking, and stakeholder studies.
- Facilitate awareness workshops on sustainability issues.
- Aid in data collection for non-financial reporting.
- Educational background in Sustainable Development, CSR, Energy Transition/Carbon, Eco-design, Circular Economy, or Data Management.
- Interest in the beauty and luxury sectors and related socio-environmental issues.
- Proactive, autonomous, curious, and adaptable with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Sustainable Development or Data Management.
Includes participation in an integration seminar, networking opportunities, coaching workshops, and mentorship by a senior buddy. Potential for a recommendation to apply for internal positions or selection for the International Program, GLOW.
