LVMH Public Relations Assistant

- Record and validate monthly forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking and integration into e-fast.
- Manage product stock replenishment and handle backorders.
- Coordinate product orders in collaboration with the PR team, sales administration, financial control, and marketing management.
- Receive and organize product shipments.
- Provide logistical support for press and influencer events.
- Organize press tours and shopping for PR initiatives in France.
- Coordinate Givenchy fashion pieces for editorial shoots, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Schedule team meetings and regular updates with marketing and general management.
- Manage relationships with general services and facilitate the integration of new team members.
- Oversee expense reports, including travel arrangements and expense tracking for the PR director.
- Manage product reserves and stock replenishment for Kenzo Parfums.
- Prepare press tours and shopping initiatives.
- Contribute to heritage missions, including visual research for the Kenzo Parfums book and archiving documents and products.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5).
- Recognized for reliability, dynamism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and teamwork spirit.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, Concur).
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
