LVMH E-commerce Project Assistant Intern

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of five e-commerce sites for Givenchy Beauty across France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Europe.
- Assist in the monthly presentation and strategic planning of E-Commerce animation plans.
- Support the definition and execution of gifting and sampling strategies.
- Implement special operations and key promotional events.
- Participate in the creation of homepage designs for site animation.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and maintain ongoing market surveillance.
- Update and manage product launches and catalogues on Givenchybeauty.com.
- Oversee E-merchandising based on implementations and performance metrics.
- Engage in UX/UI discussions and monitor technical site performance, addressing and tracking bugs.
- Support digital project implementation and follow-up.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams for E-Commerce activities.
- Analyze KPIs and activations to develop action and acceleration plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to evaluate the impact of actions on user experience, customer journey, and conversion rates.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Digital Marketing/E-Commerce.
- Ideally, previous experience in E-Commerce.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and basic Photoshop skills are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative and critical mindset.
- Motivated by data analysis and impact assessment of actions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
- Fluent in both French and English.
