1. Drive the sell-out development of Givenchy & Kenzo products in Douglas, Ici Paris XL, and Bijenkorf outlets across the Netherlands.
2. Enhance sell-in development at B&M Independents.
3. Advise, present, and sell Givenchy & Kenzo products to consumers, fostering brand loyalty.
4. Achieve set sell-out and sell-in targets through proactive consumer engagement.
5. Coach and motivate sales assistants with one-to-one flash training sessions.
6. Monitor stock levels, particularly bestsellers, and ensure the presence of testers.
7. Adhere to merchandising guidelines to optimize product visibility in points of sale.
8. Maintain and clean Givenchy GTS makeup displays.
9. Prepare and evaluate sell-out days for the Sale & Retail Analyst.
10. Provide weekly feedback to the Sales Director regarding consumer and competitor activities.
11. Compile various reports, including planning and conversions.
12. Ensure availability and readiness to work from Monday through Sunday.

1. Higher vocational education (HBO) level or equivalent.
2. Makeup training focused on commercial application.
3. Beautician training.
4. Driver's license B.

1. Proficiency in modern software and internet applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written, and good spoken English.
3. Ability to convey knowledge effectively and win people over.
4. Flexible, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Strong team player with the capability to work independently.

A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role is required.

Higher vocational education (HBO) level or equivalent.
