1. Prepare and present budget plans, monitor business performance against budget, and communicate variances and results.
2. Partner with brand teams to provide FP&A services, ensuring smooth execution of financial targets.
3. Support brand strategies by providing financial insights and optimizing cost structures.
4. Conduct financial planning and control, including sales performance tracking and variance analysis.
5. Provide financial support for counter simulations and profitability studies.
6. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and strengthen internal controls.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Proactive in identifying risks and driving improvements.
5. Excellent communication skills in English.
