1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting times.
2. Guide and orient clients during their in‑store visit in collaboration with Managers and Client Advisors.
3. Support packaging and gift‑wrapping activities to ensure an elevated presentation consistent with brand standards.
4. Assist with stockroom operations and on‑floor replenishment to guarantee product availability and visual order.
5. Maintain organisation and presentation of merchandise to uphold the client experience and store readiness.

1. Minimum three years of customer‑facing or retail experience.
2. Empathetic, agile and service‑oriented demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work full‑time on‑site and collaborate within a fast‑paced, international retail team.
4. Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation consistent with a luxury environment.

At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer‑facing roles, preferably within luxury or high‑end retail environments.
